The Trainers

David & Vicki Frazier ministered for 20 years in the Middle East and bring more than 30 years of cross-cultural ministry experience to this work. David has a B.A. in Intercultural Studies & Missiology from Biola University, an M.A. in General Theological Studies from Columbia International University, and an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Memphis. Vicki is a certified educational therapist with the National Institute for Learning Development ( and offers private therapy to children with learning difficulties. David and Vicki use their knowledge and experience to better equip churches and individuals in the missions discovery and training process.
